Talking about the characters in the book, I loved the way Tahereh Mafi handles the love triangle between Adam, Juliette and Warner. He always carries around this sense of humor that I admire and is the sort of best friend that I/anyone would kill to have. I often find myself laughing out loud when he pops up in the book and the moments he and Juliette have are simply amazing and heartwarming. I have a very, very, VERY serious problem over my obsession for Kenji. Unlike all the other books I have read, I won't just remember, love and admire it because of its story line, I will also love it because of its amazing style of writing, which I don't always like, point out or remember in books.Īnother reason why I love this book so much is because of. Tahereh Mafi has done an OUTSTANDING job on this book. I have never come across a book with such strong words and use of creative vocabulary and I'm sure I never will. What they don't know and don't realise, is that Tahereh Mafi's style of writing is unique and special – every word that spills off the page has a sense of knowledge and wisdom, creating a perfect scene and characters in the readers mind. I've heard people say it is confusing, disturbing, unnecessary or utter nonsense and rubbish. The thing that I love most about this book is the style of writing.

Unlike the other two books, Juliette has finally known how to put her problems and feelings aside and focus on the bigger problems at hand. She is much stronger and handles her problems and feelings better. I really like Juliette in this book, because she is more like the heroine figure I look up to. Even if it means sacrificing herself and making other people unhappy. She has finally come past that breaking point and has realised who she is and what she wants for herself and her future.

In my opinion, I think Juliette has really improved character–wise because she is no longer seen as the weak, shy, cry baby who allows Adam to think for her and dominate her. Looking back to book one where Juliette was timid and weak–minded to become a strong and rebellious person shows how much her character changes and progresses throughout the trilogy. This book starts off with Juliette hidden in the base of the quarters and is determined to formulate a plan to take down the reestablishment once and for all. I could not put this book down from start to finish and I'm surprised to realize that I love this book more than the other two. From the beginning to the end, I can say this book is utterly breathtaking and beautiful, making you fall in love with the characters and story line all over again. I have become so massively attached to these books that I refuse to believe this trilogy has finally come to an end.
